The other day I was looking through posts for experiences about renting a property as a foreigner with pets. I saw someone who recommended a specific real estate agency that, although expensive, was very efficient in handling these more specific cases. However, I can’t find the post anymore!
I'm looking for recommendations of companies that are foreigner-friendly and can help in these kinds of situations, please!

The maximum any agency can charge you is 1.1x the rent. So you don’t need an expensive agency.
You need an expanding agency that is constantly hiring new agents because only new, inexperienced agents have the time to make the hundreds of calls needed to find a suitable property that accepts both foreigners and pets.
if you are in tokyo maybe give a try to “Agharta Inc.” rented once with their help and it was fast. its a small agency but they have access to a lot of apartments.
just make an appointment with them and ask on the phone already what information and documents to bring with you to speed up the process so you wont have to come to them three to four times for one apartment.
in the appointment they will search for an apartment with your preferences and after you will pick some that you are interested in they will check if your complex situation is ok with the management company or the land lord.
all the process can take from 1 week to 2 or 4 weeks (also depending from what date the apartment is available)
EDIT: know that agency fee is usually no more then 1 months worth of rent and if you are coming with pets then the deposit will be another month worth of rent on top of the normal deposit.
