My wife (Japanese citizen) applied for a dependent COE for me on March 3rd. On April 21st, we got a request for more info which we sent back on April 23rd. The info was about my name since I have a really long name (they were confused). Today (May 9th), My wife received 3 calls from Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau but she could not answer since she was at work. She keeps calling but with no luck connecting to the office. Is this a bad sign? Is the COE gonna be rejected because she did not answer?
Please share some knowledge if you went through anything similar before, we are both panicking
