For those who write kanji on a graph paper

What are the sizes of the sqaures. Like I want to practise writing kanji but my 1×1 squares feel a bit too small.

So which size you use and can I download it?

EDIT: Thanks guys for all the advice, I think I'll do 4×5 squares and then a 1cm by 1cm.
