Hi, I'm 16 and I'm planning on going to uni in Japan and then working there, I have my own little reasons for this but I wont go into detail bc this post would end up pretty long. So for context I overheard my mom say my grandmother has papers about being schizophrenic. My mom definetly isnt well mentally either but she isnt diagnosed with anything because she wont go to a threapist. And since I learned about this, I became like really REALLY nervous of also developing schizophrenia later in my life because I (similarly to my mom) have some pretty bad childhood traumas too which apparently makes me have a higher risk of developing it. And Im also nervous that if I end up having it I'll get fired for it or something. Is that something I should worry about?
