I know you’re joking and Japan is absolutely awesome but pro tip: do NOT overstay in Japan or break any laws there.
If you are charged with a crime, you have a 98%+ chance of being convicted and they take prison seriously.
for clarity, I love Japan too but it is good to remember that they have a different criminal justice system.
