Hello! I’m a Canadian University student who has started the process of study abroad in Japan for just a few months ( definitely not to stall my graduation date and have to look into master programs) My application has been accepted into both Meijo University and Saitama University and I wanted to ask if anyone had experience in either of these schools and their programs, and if you can tell me about them as I’m really conflicted on which to choose both seem like good schools each with their own pros and cons.
I have seen small snipts about Saitama very small town and close to nature school, similar to my own university. However I haven’t heard anything about Meijo and was hoping anyone here has attended and how they liked it? I’m mostly guessing it’s been buried under all the stuff about Meiji university, took me a few google searches to realize that was a whole other university. I only know meijo is in Nagoya and it’s quite a busy city and very hot , so kinda the opposite to Saitama.

ps if anyone knows what the bug situation is like at either of these places would also greatly appreciated I heard Japanese bugs is not for the weak.
