Foreign supermarkets

I've lived in Osaka for quite some time, but I've never found a good foreign supermarket that caters to foreigners. Of course there are Kaldi, Yamaya, Gyom Supa, etc., that carry some foreign options, but they are inconsistent and/or expensive and/or of a lesser quality. There is Seijo Ishi and another one similar to it whose name I can't remember at the moment, but they are very pricey and more appealing to Japanese tastes. I'm just wondering if there is a one-stop shop where I can get things like tortillas, pita bread, different types of cold cuts or cuts of meat, cheeses, dried beans and peas, things that you wouldn't typically find in a Japanese supermarket. Anyway, I'm just comparing places to a supermarket in Seoul, Korea I used to frequent 25 years ago, and wondering if I could find somewhere like it in Osaka.
