Got an interview with JET but ALTIA wants to start COE process

Does anyone have the same experience in waiting for JET while holding ALTIA as an alternative option? Will I be fucked if ALTIA works on my COE and I end up with an offer from JET? Are COEs easy to cancel? Any advice would help. Thank you 🫶🏾
