I'm not a current JET, however this information was obtained from a PA on the program.
The increases are as follows:
1st year: 280k/mo. -> 335k/mo.
2nd year: 300k/mo. -> 345k/mo.
3rd year: 325k/mo. -> 355k/mo.
4/5th yr: 330k/mo. -> 365k/mo.
