Sorry, me again regarding commuting reimbursements. I got my first paycheck today and didn't receive reimbursement for commuting costs. I submitted my form a few days late last month, so that would be the obvious reason why.
My question: has anyone done this before? If so, was the reimbursement simply added to the following paycheck? Just hoping I didn't lose out on some money unnecessarily…

I had this situation a couple months ago, and I got the reimbursement on the next check. Just to make sure, email admin. They usually get back to you promptly during business days. I recommend you mail your reimbursement form during the first week of the month, using express mail. It’s usually not that expensive. For me, it’s around 200 yen.
When I worked there, a couple years ago, we had to submit by mail. I also claimed the cost of the stamps as well.
