Has anyone successfully managed to book an appointment for a driving licence switch at Kadoma? Or has anyone managed to just show up in the morning and exchange it at Komyoike? And for anyone that somehow succeeded, will they see you without an interpreter? I have a UK driving licence so I don't require a test, just an eye exam.
