Hi! So I'm a Canadian alternate and the deadline is approaching for our documents. I've been waiting on my family doctor to tell me my forms are completed and I just got a call they are ready, I just need to pay her $360 to get them 💀 And I have to pay cash and no 100$ bills… is this normal? I've yet to have forms completed by a doctor so I'm unsure what the standard practice is. It is a lot of money to pay on the chance I get upgraded. I'm unsure what to do at this point and am open to everyone's insight 😊
UPDATE: So I asked my Doctor's office for an itemized bill, and the form filling is only 80$, but they're charging me 250$ for the physical exam since OHIP doesn't cover physicals for employment. Is that standard with what you guys paid? Or should I take my test results to a walk-in for better physical exam rates?
