Which electricity company should I use?

Hi! I’ve lived in Osaka for 6 months, and I always get my electricity bill charged for around ¥10.000~14.000 each month… Idk if it’s normal because I find it so expensive. Currently I’m using a company called QEnest, but do you have any recommendations of any trusted electricity company that I can change to?
