Good for them for landing a type of job that they at least wanted. Many people take jobs that they don’t want so that they can get food on the table.
37% of hires lie to get the job
🤮🤮🤮
Understandable.
With AI fear taking over our jobs these days, many young people in Asia want stability over income.
It’s really a matter of preference, though. Just like some would rather take risks and make more money by starting a business or doing investment full time
I’ve always looked for stability in a job, especially since having a kid, but it’s usually the companies that take advantage of that loyalty and force people to look elsewhere.
To quote RUN DMC: “I’ll keep on rockin’ till I RETIRE!”
99% of these people will probably feel differently after a year of experience, if not six months.
I believe it. People want job security and career progression.
The sad part is that there is NO job security. A company will lay you off if you don’t meet targets. And there’s also rarely career progression. You get promoted once every 5 years if you’re lucky.
People DO want stability and security. But companies don’t actually offer either. So over time, people get jaded and they change their views.
