Staff that work in most fashion places (think fashion in shibuya 109 or Laforet) always wear a full coordinate of the brand's clothing or at least the main pieces are from the brand. I've always been curious if the staff buy those items on their own before working, if they get a heavy discount (for lolita and expensive styles), or if there's a staff wardrobe that they can choose from
