This is from two weeks ago and there have already been posts about it. It was also all over the news when it happened.
There was a special on TV about this recently. It’s been happening more and more. There are many intersections where if you took a left, you’d end up going the wrong way. The two are connected. There’s a lot of signage and such, but it doesn’t seem to be working.
Personally I think some of it is just bad design. Having an off ramp and an on ramp cross each other is just a bad idea. Throw in an aging population and it’s a recipe for disaster.
