How is OCD handled in japan? How are the mental health institutions in japan?

Hi i might move to japan for further studies and have been wondering how are the ocd diagnosing, and treatment facilities there? (I am not diagnosed and cant access therapy rn). Is it shameful? Are the more taboo forms of OCD shunned and isolated?
Do ppl with such mental problems get treated differently?
