If this person was able to get away with this for 10 years, I can only wonder what other cases of fraud may exist. Absolutely unacceptable that an premiere institution like this one have personnel conduct themselves this way.

Well maybe the Government should stop decreasing funding to one of the best graduate universities in the country…..?
Literally reminds me of when JMSDF submariners were also reviving “gifts” from contractors, cause in all honestly non of them get payed enough for what they do.
