Best beaches in low tide

Hi,

Going to Okinawa main island from 22nd to 27th of July.

Looking at the tide table it seems like there will be very low tide during daytime..

We will be staying at Hamahiga island.

Any recommendations on beaches that are suitable for water activity during low tides?
