type 1 diabetes in yamanashi

hello everyone!

i am moving to yamanashi as a exchange student in september and am a type one diabetic. i've done some research – mostly seeing that insulin is relatively easy to get as long as you have documentation (i am bringing a doctors note from turkey) and decently cheap but was wondering a few specifics that I havent been able to figure out

what form is insulin dispensed in? i typically use insulin pens

are the types the same as they are here? i am on admelog and balsagar (generic novorapid of toujeo).

how hard are cgm sensors (specifically for the dexcom g7) to find? can you just get them from a pharmacy or do you have to order them through dexcom (or some other provider?) will medical insurance cover this or will you have to purchase and submit a claim afterwards? this is the biggest question i have since i cant find info online and i dread the thought of going back to finger-poking.

thank you so much in advance!
