I bought a fixer-upper home in Kinokawa City (south of Osaka, in Wakayama Prefecture) and wondering if anyone has any handyman or painter recommendations that could speak some basic English. I was thinking of hiring someone that has some decent experiences in these areas, was thinking of compensating 4,000JPY/hr, with up to 50 hours of work possible (is that fair?).
If anyone that has this type of experience and down for some side hustle, I'm totally down to work with you too. Home is 2 min walk away from Uchita Station on the Wakayama Line (for location reference). Thanks in advance!
