Hello!
I'm in my first year of university and have just finished my uni's Japanese 1 module (16 chapters through Minna No Nihongo 1). I absolutely hate using this textbook and can't sit myself down to revise because it just doesn't go in my brain. I've heard great things about Genki but I don't know if the content is similar enough to use Genki for revision instead.
I know some things are different like Genki using dictionary form verbs instead of masu form. But on the whole, do you think I could revise using Genki for a course based on MNN content? Maybe if it was in addition to using MNN flashcards?
