Is there a Neocitran cold meds equivalent in Japan?

Hi everyone!

I’ll be moving to Japan in about a month and have been trying to do my research regarding meds and one of my go-to cold meds is Neocitran since it seems the most effective for me the majority of the time I get a cold.

I’m unsure about whether I can bring any with me or not due to the restrictions they have on some OTC meds (specifically know that things like some cold & sinus meds cannot be brought) and I haven’t been able to find the ingredients on the lists in any of the official sources listing prohibited active ingredients/drugs types.

For anyone wondering the specific active ingredients (this is for the night time extra strength I have in my cupboard currently):

-Acetaminophen 650 mg
-Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg
-Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg

So I am wondering if there is something I can find in Japan that is similar to Neocitran? I would dearly love to have something stocked for my plan of if/when I get sick instead of stressing during the moment it is happening.
