Working in bars in Tokyo

I have visible tattoos on my hands and neck, I don’t plan on being in Japan for another few years but in terms of working in a Bar in Tokyo would it be hard to get a job at one? I can speak Japanese too and I currently still have Japanese Citizenship so I don’t need to worry about visas or anything, mainly just if getting the job itself would be super hard or not.
