4. Sue them for the cost of the rescue.

5. Rescue at own cost. There should be a sign just like the edge of ski gelände that if you proceed it’s at your own risk and if you end up needing rescue you pay. I’m sure that would deter some of these knuckle heads.

11. I fail to see the issue here. Both had legitimate reasons for needing rescue regardless of their nationality. This happens to plenty of people every year.
