Career Options After JLPT N2/N1 – Which Paths Have High Demand and Low Competition?

Hi everyone!
I’m currently studying Japanese and have cleared JLPT N2 (planning for N1 soon). I’m from India and want to pursue a career where I can use my Japanese skills.

I’m aware of fields like translation, interpretation, teaching, and subtitling, but I’d love to hear from those actually working in these areas.
• Which Japanese-related careers are currently in demand but have relatively less competition?
• Is subtitling hard to get into? What tools/skills are needed?
• Are there fun or creative jobs where Japanese is used?
• How difficult is it to start freelancing in this domain?

Any honest advice, personal stories, or course suggestions would help a lot. Thank you! šŸ™
