Hi all, I’m kind of confused which dorm I should take. Although I’m getting an option to take Global village but it’s kind of expensive for me with 60,000 yen/month. And the vacancies in other dorms are quite less i don’t know if I could get a place there.
I’m MEXT scholar so will I be able to survive with the remaining amount left after the rent? Also if there is anyone who has lived in GV TSUKUMODAI please do let me know how it’s to live there as everything will be shared so will there be any issues or not

It’s on the pricier side but a lot of people there are MEXT scholars so you can def manage. If you wanna make friends it’s a good place. Tsukumodai dorm is cheaper with lots of events too but a little old. Toyonaka mixed dorm is cheap and private but openings are quite rare.
