Can native speakers tell the difference between textbook/class learners and anime learners?

Please don't say "of course, they go UwU SUGOI KAWAII 😆🍣🍡🐈, etc.", maybe in the early 2000s, but I'm pretty sure even the most diehard weebs know not to do that these days.

Maybe certain word choices, phrases or vocal inflections that stand out?
