I asked this question in another community and didn’t get many answers there but does anyone know of any documentaries/videos or articles of what the training is like for like a young lion. I’ve trained to be a wrestler at one point and I know there are many differences in the way they teach in America than they do in Japan. I know the somewhat obvious stuff like they workout and train, have to clean around the dojo, usually have tough mentors who teach them, and help at shows but I’m sure there’s more to it. Any info or where I can find info would be appreciated
