i’ve been wanting to do some light urban exploring and hiking around tokyo, I'm in setagaya but willing to go pretty far as long as its in the prefecture
also ive been tryna find good high points to either hike or drive to during the day and chill until night, ideally spots where you can get solid views of the city once the lights come on. Less so like observation decks, but , more like natural overlooks, ridges, maybe even rooftops or parking structures.
the one spot I've been meaning to go to is the oguchi dam but other than that I have nothing. any suggestions?
