What is a good streaming platform do I use for learning Japanese while watching videos?

I want it to have every writing type as the subtitle(just hiragana and katakana works as well) with english meaning I want to mainly watch anime, and a little bit japanese series and movies (it is fine if there is separate platform for only these two), and free or paid.
