Is my plan unrealistic or is this do-able? Sorry if fhis is long

Hi! Im currently a HS Junior in America right now (class of 2027) and my goal is to move to Japan or somewhere else in Asia and get a job there hopefully in the healthcare field or translation but if all fails a English teacher so right now I already have a plan. The reason for moving to japan being ive been fascinated by japanese culture (Histor the traditions/J-music/Anime etc) itself since I was a kid and would love to live there and i am visiting japan actually in 2 years in fact!

And just to give some background info i am a Neurodivgrent (Autism level 1) Ambulatory wheelchair user (can walk pretty fine but not long distances) and Hard of hearing and Black so I am also aware of inaccessibility/Ableism in japan and potential colorism/Racism as well and just overall stigma against foreigners (especially with foreigners having middle names like me unfortunately)

The plan being going to my local community college and get my AS degree in HIT (Health information technology) then transfer to a BAS degree for (Health Services Administration) then go for my masters in japan or in america for a Masters of Healthcare Administration or Public health

And by the time I do apply for my masters at a Japanese graduate university for a MBA program or something in that mileu hoping ill be somewhat fluent by the time (N3) I will be applying if not then I was conaidering applying to Doshisha University or University of Tsukuba for their enlgish taught MBA programs (i know enlgish taught programs have mixed reviews in japan so that is a last resort at the momment)

But by the time i'll apply for my masters i"ll have my CMA, CMAA, RHIT, and CPC and my Scma-p license and certications with a decent amount of expierence being at least 3+ years of expqierence the in healthcare field

and I am aware that almost all companies require you to know japanese practically fluent in most cases N1 or N2 which is why I wanna get a head start in studying right now (Hirigana and Kataana at the momment)

So right now here is my plan layout

  1. Get my AS degree gain expierence and study towards getting N5 level

  2. Get my BAS and be at a N4 or N3 level and still be working go to language school to test out japan itself and see if I want to work there and improve my japanese while working a part time job (to get at a higher level of Japanese to get admitted to japanese universities)

  3. Get at a N2 or still be at a N3 and get apply or get admitted to a japanese university

  4. Graduate with madters and hopefully be at a n2 or miraculously a N1 level to get a job in japan.

I was hoping to live in Tokyo but I am generally open to other metro cities and Prefectures cities like Osaka, Kyoto, nagoya etc and prefecutess like the Kansai, Kanto etc

If you made it this far thank you for reading this and I will like any advice and opinions on this or any expierence you might want to share with me and to say if this plan is realisric or do-able and please be honest about this thank you and have a nice day!!
