How can i start Japanese restaurant (izakaya) in Tokyo as a foreigner

I am still living in tokyo as a working visa in japanese visa. I have 3 year experience of japanese restaurant i want to satrt my own restaurant and how can I convert in business visa and how can i satart my own business. Please give me some tips to start business. Is it possible to do business for foreigner
