Anyone renting a room out in their home in Tokyo that allows pets? Or any new sharehouses starting that aren’t readily advertised?

I *know* roommates aren't really a thing in Tokyo, but just wanted to hear some thoughts.

I'm a 33/f Mexican-American living in Tokyo for almost 2 years. I'm ending a relationship and moving out of a shared apartment. Personally, I don't want to rent my own place again. I've lived alone for ages previously and "been there, done that"

It might just be my American thinking, but I feel like there's probably people out there who own their homes and want to rent out a room. I also don't want to just "rent a room" I want to live in a home with others, where we can be supportive and friends with one another. Not interested in living with men alone, thanks.

Any advice is welcome, as long as it isn't rude or unkind. I'm also open to sharehouses and have messaged the ones with vacancies! Budget is 80,000 max. By the way, my pets are well trained and love people!
