Hi! I want to have my friend's birthday party at a pasta restaurant because she loves Italian food. However, I'm unsure where I can reserve a place. I wanted a venue where they could store a birthday cake and bring it as a surprise. She did that for me once; she is from Kyoto, but I wanted to surprise her this time. Are there any recommendations? Thank you beforehand for your help! i am also on a budget, so if it is not too expensive I would prefer it 🙂
