Still undecided

Hi Everyone, I have recently been selected for a job in japan. I have submitted all the necessary documents to a local & japan agency that would process, I guess my COE? For what I understand & researched, the COE is what I need to submit at the embassy for my work visa. The problem is my previous tourist visa was denied earlier this year, I think this was due to the surge of applications in PH. I had single, multiple then single entry visas previously and when I tried to re-apply for Multiple entry, I got denied. My docs were all complete so I dont understand why I was denied even if I had previous visas. Will this affect my future work visa application? As said in the title, I’m still undecided if I want to push through because I have pending interviews from other companies. Idk if I should withdraw them already. I’ve been unemployed for more than a year now so I really dont know if this is worth going through. Afaik, COE processing may take 1-3mos. Idk if I could wait that long or am I being impatient. I’m at a point of my life where I’m totally lost and this job gave me a little bit of hope. It’s been my dream to live and work in Japan. But I haven’t signed any contract with my employer/local agency so I am also a bit unsure as to where will it go from here. They all have my documents as well as my passport. Any response/advice is appreciated. Thank you!
