Need advice on fixing scratched paint in apartment

I will return my apartment in a few months. However, I accidentally scratched the paint of the door and the long horizontal bar on the wall so I'm looking for a way to fix it. Since this is my first time, can you give me advice on what/where to do/buy? Thank you so much.

Here is what the scratches look like. It appears that the shoe cabinet, closet, door and the long bar on the wall have the same paint job.
