what happens if I’m late on NHI payments?
Back in June, I went to the ward office to get my NHI payments adjusted for being a student. They said they would send me a new bill/invoice. July went by, and I never received the mail. I wasn’t proactive on my part, so now I’m behind on payments (last month’s). I’m going to the ward office tomorrow to get sorted, but am curious to know what to expect as far as being late. Is there a late fee or something similar? Deportation to a Manchurian prison?
How bad is it if my apartment is at 32-33 degrees with 65% (and more sometimes) humidity when I’m not home? No choice but to swallow the cost and use the AC (3 of them) 24/7?
