I plan to register KK owned by a foreign company and I will be the CEO here in Japan. I have recently found out that freee is helping with the process and documentation for free, based on the assumption that the company will commit to their accounting software plan in the future.
Has anyone went this way and actually can recommend using them for company setup? I see that using a regular legal office will cost + 100,000~400,000 yen depending on different offers. I don't have any issues with Japanese and have close relationship with the foreign company so having all the documentation prepared and explained in English is not the strong requirement. Are there any other advantages of using regular law offices? Appreciate any advice.
