The flat rate in Tokyo (Toei) buses suck. You pay same for 1 stop or till last stop.
1. What’s the idea behind it?
2. Is it same in other major cities o Japan?
Continuation of this question, [how to art of the deal on mercari](https://www.reddit.com/r/japanlife/comments/1mil8s1/comment/n76wylc/?context=3), I offered 63,500 yen and was pretty quickly rejected. Where do I go from here, do I just keep making offers until I get it right lol
USA based e-commerce sites I’ve used usually have make an offer feature go back and forth, so buyer makes an offer, seller does a counteroffer, etc. Not quite sure how to navigate this on mercari.
Why does Amazon sometimes ignore my delivery box? I specify all my orders to be delivered to my delivery box, but sometimes they try delivering to my door (requires me to buzz them in which I can’t when I’m not at home). This is for orders shipped and sold by Amazon.
