JP bank – 2 weeks and still no Cash Card

Hello all!

I applied for a JP bank account last month and on July 23rd I got the email saying “We are pleased to inform you that we have completed the transaction for opening your bank account which you have applied for via the Yucho Tetsuzuki App.”
The email said in about a week they’ll send me my cash card and my Yucho Direct customer number but it’s been two weeks and I’m stressing a bit about it.
Everyone I’ve asked got their cards in a weeks time, so I’m just wondering if this is normal and if I should call or email to inquire. I’m just worried about calling as I’m English and when I went to the Yokohama branch they could barely help me.
