It was the end of the night and we ordered one more scallop sashimi – the head chef was so sweet and went all out! Beautiful presentation and definitely in the top 10 best bites of my life.

What a presentation! Wow! 🤯. Elegant, clean and very inviting 😍
I mean it looks nice, but it must have taken forever to pile up each piece of ikura like that. And I wonder why the chef used lime instead of lemon.
