My brother goes on a two week tuna fishing trip every year. He kills it every time. A couple years ago he gave me about 10 pounds, last year he caught a ton. He sent me 115 pounds of processed flash frozen tuna directly by plane from San Diego to me for 500 bucks! Family is great! I eat sushi about 3 times a week usally just sliced tuna or Poke. Last night i made spicy tuna rolls, i think they turned out pretty good.
