Hey, as the title says they took money from me. I get gas at their station regularly and it happened only once. I went to the station and asked about it and they said they have no idea why that money was taken, and I should call my credit card provider (but they won’t do anything). I tried calling customer service, but nobody picks up. Internet said that it’s a protection fee and they will give it back in 3-4 days but it’s already been 10 days and I still don’t know what happened to my money. What should I do?
