TLDR: there is support for payments and plan upgrades but I don't seem to find technical support, any other users of KDDI, do you know what phone number or mail address to contact ?
My internet provider KDDI is rerouting some of my conectios to the US, idk why, this makes it so some games or streamings become incredibly slow/leggy, even tho the servers are located in Tokyo my connection gets send to California and then sent back to Japan
I'm no using any VPN or any similar software, also, using my phone tethering solves the problem
I'm looking for a way to contact KDDI about it, but their web page only has payment/ plan upgrades support, not technical people who can help me with this. If there is any user of KDDI here who was able to contact technical support, could you tell me how you did it?
