We are currently in need of a Domestic help, and I’ve noticed that many people use Facebook groups to hire directly instead of going through agencies.
In the past, we tried a couple of apps, but it never worked out. It’s been so difficult to find someone who can come regularly, so we’re now considering hiring directly through a Facebook group.
What do you think about this approach? Are there any potential issues I should be aware of? I plan to check if the person has a valid visa that allows them to work in Japan. Other than that, is there anything else I should confirm before hiring someone?
I also plan to pay weekly in cash. Would there be any issues with this?
