Hi guys, I'm trying to get botan ebi for sashimi. I've never purchased like this before so I'm not sure what the reputable vendors are. I see Yamaseafood and Hokkaidouni both sell it at very different prices. Not sure what to make of this. Does anyone have experience purchasing botan ebi? Or other raw shrimp? Looking for trusted vendors that can deliver sashimi grade shrimp to MA, USA.
Links to the vendors I've seen. both have shipping around 20-25$. Both are frozen. But the price is almost 2x with hokkaido-uni compared to yama-seafood. Anyone know why? Anyone have other recommendations?
