Can you fix a Japanese ceiling tile?

Guys I fucked up. I’m trying to furnish my apartment, and it’s my first time living in Japan. I’m in an old, concrete building with a traditional tatami room apartment. Since my entryway is narrow, I tried to install a coat hanger that uses tension. I figured, oh, it’s a concrete building, this will be fine. Turns out the ceiling was made out of an extremely thin layer of painted plywood and I punched a hole through it. This was a dumb mistake, with hindsight I now see this 😭😭

My question is, is this possible to fix myself? Can I replace just a singular piece of plywood or can I somehow plaster it? How much cost am I looking at here? Any info helps, thank you.
