Hi, I'm living in Japan and have 2A hair that's been falling out more than usual lately. I suspect it might be due to low iron or zinc (I have a doctor's appointment next week), but I'm also thinking about switching to a shower filter. Does that actually help with hair fall?
In the meantime, I’m about to run out of shampoo and want to make a better choice for my hair type and current situation. Any shampoo recs available in Japan (drugstores, Amazon JP, iHerb, etc.) would be super helpful. Thank you.
