The general consensus is statiying around Dotonbori is recommended for the night life.
However, we are going with a 3 and 6 year old who are normally in bed before 6:30pm, so the night life isn't as important for us.
Is the recommendation still to stay around Dotonbori, or is something like Osaka Bay Towers Art Hotel okay?
We've got ~3.5 days: 1x USJ and then probably two days of pretty tourist activities with the kids (ferris wheels, lookouts, boats, etc)
